He was not too far from where I lived so I tried. He answered the phone. Said he couldnt come out until sometime between 9:30 and ten p.m. He sounded apologetic. I couldnt believe he would come out so fast. I figured it wouldnt be u til the next day.. He was at our house in just over an hour. Took awhile it was really jammed. Had to go to two different clean out valves. But he did it. Left our house at 11:10 p.m. Such a nice polite man and price was very reasonable. We are very happy and having him come back to take care of a few other issues we are having.”
